Great Location, Quiet and comfortable. Good communication from Andrew

Parking with a Ute was a little tricky especially when cars are parked across the drive behind the designated spot. Could do with a light outside especially when collecting keys to see the code on the box. Shower needs an upgrade as the door seemed to be very weak, was concerned it was falling off the runners. The bathroom cabinet doesnt meet the same standards as the rest of the room.

"Pleasant"

Comfy bed and Netflix. Kitchen equipment provided with basic seasoning.

- There is a strong pungent smell when we first enter the room. - The bath cubicle is loaded with water and will only drain off when you turn off the water. - There is quite alot of fruit flies in the room, probably there is plant inside.

"WE DIDNOT STAY AND WE REQUIRE A FULL REFUND"

NOTHING

AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE MANAGER WE WERE INFORMED THEY HAD GIVEN US THE WRONG CODE AND THEREFORE THE WRONG ROOM. IT WAS MUSTY AND WE COULD NOT STAY THERE. WE WERE FORCED TO OBTAIN ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION AND WE THEREFORE TEQUIRE A FULL REFUND.
