GROSS - REAL ESTATE

Apartment is newly refurbished, everything is brand new. Fully equipped kitchen (only microwave is missing, but we can all survive a few days without it). Nice bathroom, great TV, great internet. Location is a quiet street about 10-15 minutes by foot to town centre. Helpful host who we kept contact with via the app.

As you enter there is an unheated room, you enter the apartment itself to the right. Strangely the toilet opens opposite to the above mentioned door, meaning it is quite cold there. Not a tragedy, but would be better to have it together with the bathroom. Also, the place being quite new, it is missing a few things, most importantly hooks to hang stuff on and curtains on one of the windows. I am sure Alex, the host will fix this soon. :)

The apartment was very clean, I could say spotless. The furniture was new, it had all the necessary facilities. The location was near the city center, 10-15 minutes on foot, but it was snowy, so we went to the city center by car. Alex was friendly and approachable, the instructions were specific and simple.

Maybe some better cushions and a hairdryer... but these are details, and that wasn't so important.

Good place. Close to bus stop and city center. Good kitchen. Good service support.

Too close with the street road. Too loud in late evening and night cause of cars.

Very spacious and clean apartment.

It should be noted that the tunnel next to the hospital cuts twenty minutes off of your walk to town.
