Everything was perfect. good location in Leysin, the apartment is perfect and clean. The host was perfect and answer very quickly to anything.

Terrible experience getting in. Inadequate info given. Wrong door code. No address signage. Terrible standard of facilities. Broken bed. U.K. phones / 4G do not work in Switzerland so info needs to be sent the day before so it can be accessed. We had no map, no apartment number and had to beg passers by to phone the owner for us. We were expecting to be meet at the time we said we would arrive as we had received no info but were not met. We were given the wrong key holder code (when we eventually found the key box) then we still couldn't find the apartment - no signage. It took 1 1/2 hours to get in of having to ask passers by and neighbours for directions. A waste of our time and stressful. Neighbour said previous people couldn't find it. Bed broke when 1 of us first sat on it. It was clearly already broken with pieces missing. My partner hurt her back. UNBELIEVABLE POOR STANDARD. Slept on mattress on floor. Bathroom door handle came off. Coffee pot didn't work. Really should have been given a partial refund but owner ignored request. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Instructions for check-in only arrived close to 3pm - check-in supposed to be from 2pm.

There was no cupboard to put the clothes, rest was all good.
