Really disappointed with standards in the apartment. Staring from the beginning: walls in flat covered with dirt and stains - looks absolutely awful The worst was probably toilet 🚽 wooden toilet seat which basically soaked in water and urine - You can’t even imagine the smell, black silicone or missing one around bath, more stains on the walls next to radiator. But the worst were pinchers (bugs) walking on the wall, couldn’t believe when I saw that. Armchair in living room was so dirty that if You put Your hands on it skin get sticks to it (not mention that armrest were broken) No air con which making flat very hot, impossible to stay there during the day even with fans on. Apartment clearly heavy used without any sort of maintenance, very disappointing holiday and not cheap either but not worth even half whet we pay.

Excellent apartment. Safe, organised and very clean. Great location for shops and sites to visit. Lovely tapas and wine just round the corner at tiny place called El Cafe.

We are a family of 4 traveling without a car and this location was perfect for us! The Bravissimo team was very responsive and let us leave our luggage at their office when we arrived early on the bus. (The office is only a 3 minute walk to the apartment). The apartment is spacious and super clean and stylish.
