ITCi siamo sentiti a casa ,il personale è stato efficiente, massima competenza, cordialità ed educazione. Pulizia top. Certosina e tangibile. Se proprio dovessimo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, a volte la connessione wifi era un po ballerina...ma ci hanno spiegato che era solo una situazione temporanea dovuta al gestore e ai lavori in corso...per cui direi ...nessuna nota negativa.

GBGreat apartments. We booked 5 rooms as a family of 15. 10 adults , 5 children. The staff were great. Reception gave lots of info and tips about trips and transport, even printing us the bus timetable. Bus stop into Pozzulli immediately outside the property. 15 mins journey. Licola train station a 20-25 minute walk. Train direct to Naples approx €2.50. The owner and son on different occasions offered us lifts to the station if they happened to pass us. There was a power outage in the local area and the owners ordered us in pizza (no charge) which was very kind of them. Pool very clean. Convenience store next door. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.
The location is a run down area, but that said accessible for boat trips to local islands Ischia, Procida and Pompeii.

Direi nulla. Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di un guasto alla cabina per la connessione wifi che andava a rilento. Ma non era un problema causato dalla struttura ma da dei lavori di manutenzione

FIWonderful hosts, nice apartment. The pool is great, though.
Very limited breakfast, not worth the price. There was noisy renovation/construction going on in the building that wasn't announced. The noise was very disturbing during the day. The area is dirty, and access to the coast is difficult, and the beach is dirty. If you're thinking about swimming in the sea, it's best to avoid it. The pool is excellent, though. Overall, it was a bit of a disaster.
GBThe staff were amazing,nothing was too much trouble. Even though the area looked a bit iffy, it was fine. Pool was great Room was fab Communal outside balcony was also great.
