The location, super charming apartment with a gracious host. The attention to detail and amenities were fantastic.

Amazing apartment. The owner really takes care and has pride in her apartment. It was so clean and in a perfect spot in Modena. This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed at.

The space, the decor and the facilities were all great. Fab location easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great recommendation for a restaurant and Francesca helped us organise some great tasting tours for cheese , wine and ifcourse the balsamic vinegar

Location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere. It was very helpful that there is a lift up to the apartment as we had a big suitcase! The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed. Francesca is a great host and we were very grateful that she could provide us storage for our luggage on the day we checked out.

Francesca was a wonderful host. She met us at the property and gave us a tour so we knew where everything was and how it worked. The apartment was spotless and well-stocked with supplies. If you have reservations for Osteria Francescana, it's the perfect place to stay as it's only a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Thank you Francesca!

We came to Modena to dine at Osteria Francescana. Not only was the location convenient to the restaurant, but the apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Francesca allowed us to check in early as it was possible. The restaurant recommendations were also excellent.

Fabulous property in fabulous location. Super clean and organized. The extremely kind owner was a great pleasure to interact. Will stay again when return to this amazing city.
