Breakfast was just right. Our plans for the morning did not allow for us to eat breakfast, so having quick items was perfect.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

In a beautiful historical building, the apartment is stunning, very unique and quirky, it is in fact even more gorgeous and looks more spacious than on the pictures. Very bright, a lot of old charming features but with all the modern comfort, splendid decoration, art pieces and furniture and nice views over the roofs. Spotless clean. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and very functional kitchen. And the elevator was very handy. The location couldn’t be better. literally a few meters away from Osteria Francescana and a few minutes walk from everything in Modena. we also easily walked to there from the train station. Check in was super easy and Francesca was nice and helpful, she also gave us nice recommendations and helped us book a taxi for our way back. we would definitely come back here and will recommend it to friends.

water pressure could be better but it’s normal given the building :)

What a find - best B&B ever (we travel a lot!) Spacious, comfortable and stylish home away from home. Super friendly and knowledgeable host/owner (Francesca), who accomodates early check-in if possible and helps out in any immaginable way. We will be back for sure.

Huge room. very homely and nice. excellent host who was very prompt and helpful. just loved how big and open it was. very refreshing and different from a typical hotel room

most will need a taxi to get here from the station, especially if you’ve got luggage.

Wonderful experience. Francesca was great! The apartment was very nice and well appointed. Great location. We will be back.
