"Proper little home from home"

Great, friendly staff. Excellent accommodation with comfortable lounge, large kitchen and great shower cubicle. Decent sized bedrooms with storage. Excellent and effective central heating.

Parking was pretty tight (I did have a large estate car tbf). Bedroom carpets were pretty stained around desk area and doorway.

"Modern comfortable accomodation"

Modern and comfortable, had been nicely fitted out with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive on email for any queries.

The front bedroom sadly smelt of cigarette smoke. There were a few areas that didn't look very clean (such as lots of dust on top of the headboard for example) and some draws didn't close or open as they were wonky but generally it was clean and nicely decorated.

"Amazing stay we will be back"

Ideal location for Newcastle racecourse and to visit family. Very clean with amazing kitchen facilities. The manager Kym went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as could possibly be, she couldn’t do enough for us.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

"brilliant value for money, close amenities Asda/aldi, good transportation links"

we stayed the weekend to watch pink in concert at the stadium of light, the bungalow is a 10/15 minute walk to Horden station, with regular trains into Sunderland which was great for us as we didn’t have to take the car into town, it’s fully equipped with utilities and utensils and clean bedding and towels were also provided, the owners are close by at the bell inn around the corner if needed for anything, would definitely recommend the property to others and if I was to travel again id be booking the bungalow

if staying as a family or 2 couples there’s really only space for 1 car
