Reservo el mismo día el día 1de abril ni se presenta nadie ni nos yanan ni cojem el teléfono en la puerta ayi tirado 3 horas y no atender en teléfono me yama que anular pues lo anulo y desde el día 1 de abril no me devuelven el dinero yamo a blukin y me dice que eyos ya les a mandado mi dinero y eyo me bloquean el teléfono y al día de hoy no me devuelven mi dinero son muy pocas vergüenza 😳

"Mejorable por el acontecimiento de las cucarachas."

La ubicación y la chica que me atendió por WhatsApp fue amable. Esta misma chica es la responsable de la limpieza y la habitación estaba en buenas condiciones.

Por la noche empezaron a salir cucarachas grandes de los respiraderos. Me informó la chica de que el hecho responde a una fumigación del bloque… pero yo lo pasé muy mal en ese aspecto.

El colchón está completamente hundido y tiene manchas, No fueron a limpiar la habitación , El armario casi sin perchas.

El trato nefasto por parte del encargado/a del alojamiento. Te pones en contacto con ellos y te atiende la que se supone que es la limpiadora, pero te da todas las explicaciones, pero es la limpiadora, no me puede resolver el problema. Que se queden con los míseros 40 eur. Eso dice mucho
