The Yellow House - Duplex

We love how cozy and homey the place was. It was spacious and great for our family of four. The location was great as well. Quiet end of the street. Really felt like home the moment we got back from a long day out.

Big place, nicely arranged and equipped. Parking in front of the door. Close to city center, tram or walk.

We’ve got it discounted, full price is despite all high scores overpriced.

There were a few issues with the apartment that I feel need to be noted. There is damp throughout the bedrooms upstairs and we stayed when there was a lot of rain which came in through some windows downstairs. The electricity goes off if you have too many appliances on so please ask how to rectify this if you are staying. The front door, I was never sure if this was locked as it always opened from the inside, worth asking about this too. The tv is not a smart tv which luckily we brought an iPad for our little one, not a big issue but all things to note if you are staying with kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t return due to the house feeling damp.

Difficult to find the trash to empty the bins.

Clean, close to everything, most conveniences available in home.

2nd floor drain was clogged, no extra linens and we were 3 people staying using the couch as a 3rd bed. Very uncomfortable night sleep.

It’s very old and unhygienic.
