The only good thing about this appartment was the location.

I never had a worse stay before to everywhere that I have travelled. 1. By google maps it was impossible to find it. I had to send and receive whatsapp audios to finally meet the owner and find the appartment. 2. The appartment, the bedsheets, the bathroom and the kitchen were very dirty even though the owner said the cleaning lady had cleaned everything. 3. The pillows were as if you were sleeping in stones. The bedsheets didn’t feel clean at all. 4. We had to buy detergents to clean ourselves the bathroom and the kitchen. 5. The main bedroom was full of humidity in the walls, the paint was falling apart. 6. There was no hot water for even one person to have a normal shower, let alone 4 persons. When I complained about this, he said it is ok for a person who has a shower for 3 min not for 10 min. Ridiculous. The boiler was graded in such way that the water could not be hot for a long time. 7. Something Booking didn’t ask but the owner did, was a deposit of 100 € in the moment we entered the appartment, but apparently as a ‘favour’ he just asked me 50€. When I told him i didn’t see this in Booking, he said sometimes it is not shown. The last day he came to see the appartment and laughing he said: ok so what has been destroyed here, but I replied that what actually was already destroyed since the beginning. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from other parts that he was renting.

- Nice size apartment, which were clean - Was greeted nicely with cold water which was a nice start to our stay - Little outdoor space with a table - Be mindful that you need to pay a cash deposit when you get there incase you break anything. This is returned when you check out. We didn't have cash when we got there but he was happy for us to get cash out and give it to him later that night

- WiFi wasn't very good - Shower got cold on one of the days. Not sure why, all we could think was that the tank was empty

Giovanni is a nice man. He is very polite and supportive.

I liked everything.
