Casa Rita in Piazza Marina

Laura è una "padrona di casa" eccezionale!! Accogliente, disponibile in tutto, ci ha attesi all'uscita dell'imbarco dei traghetti/aliscafi di Casamicciola (a 20 mt dall'ingresso della casa. Comodissimo!!!) per la consegna delle chiavi, per mostrarci la casa, ecc. I punti di forza? Tantissimi. Ne esalto uno su tutti: LA POSIZIONE di fronte al mare, alla fermata del bus sia per andare a Forio che a Ischia porto, vicino allo scalo traghetti/aliscafi, alla ztl con negozi di ogni tipo quali giornalaio, minimarket, farmacia e, per i "malati di sport", una sala scommesse per la visione della partite di calcio! Quindi zona viva ma, allo stesso tempo, tranquilla; non abbiamo sentito rumori molesti di nessun tipo e per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Aria condizionata nelle due camere da letto, wi.fi......... insomma, non manca di nulla. Per la spiaggia, rivolgetevi al bagno/bar GINO; una persona squisitissima che vi farà sentire come in famiglia. Insomma, 7gg piacevolissimi

Se proprio sono costretto a trovare il pelo nell'uovo, direi il bagno, Piccolo ma perfettamente funzionante. Acqua calda sempre presente e caldissima. Va bene per 2/3 persone, oltre può essere sottodimensionato.

Fantastic location across from beach, sun room, place to hang laundry

Loose tiles on floor, listing address-had issues finding the place, washing machine was disgusting with mold etc, need more places to hang towels, shower is scalding hot and changes temperature quickly, not that clean, furnishings could use update, would be nice to have a microwave

Location, space, high ceilings, excellent facilities, good restaurants, shops, patisseries, a deli all a few steps away…oh and the beach and the port! Great air con if you need it! Two bus stops just outside too.

Location is wonderful and host is nice and pleasant and gave me extra towels and directions so for this I am very grateful. I asked for extra towels and I received them.

I regret to write this but I wish I had known some things before coming. If I had known these I would not have taken the accommodation. I will start by saying that I had asked if there was soap at property before arrival by text here on booking . com and I was replied with a yes but when I arrived there was no soap at all. There was a container with water instead of soap. For the amount of money I paid, a 50 cent block of soap at least could have been left for me, the guest. No shampoo or conditioner either. Once I asked for it ( I had brought none thinking there would be here ) the lady brought me body wash, shampoo and conditioner, after a few hours. I could have bought myself but because it was Sunday shops were closed. I was grateful I could eventually wash my hands after a long trip. The next day I went to shop and bought soap and detergent. Lucky to report the washing machine works. But I do sincerely think that for this amount of money soap is a minimum of what should be available to a guest. The second thing is the shower. Well, what I would call shower was non-existent for the first two days. I could barely shower, there was only a tinkle of water coming out of the shower. The lady fixed it after two days but then there was not sufficient hot water, not enough for one person to have hair and body washed. It was a bad experience for me in this regard. Like it really took away from my enjoyment of being in this apartment . The shower was a nightmare for me . The third thing that really annoyed me was the construction work . Bright and early at 7 am neighbors were drilling and hitting nails on walls or whatever it is that they were doing. But I couldn't get my total rest for at least 3 of the 6 nights I was there because at night there is a bar so close that I thought their music was under my window later at night. This information should have been disclosed during booking.

Great location in the center of the Casamicciola, next to the beach, port and bus station with good connections to other places in Ischia. In addition, Laura is great host, always ready to help.

Location of the property is on a main road but the noise of the traffic didn’t bother me as the windows are double glazed .. The beach is across the road
