The location is phenomenal... Apartment is very clean. Quiet and spacious.

Unfortunately we would never return, as the facility has no a/c. Lisbon was close to 40°C and the unit has no breez...the 3 fans were absolutely useless. As it is no outside area, we had to leave the apartment in the middle of night to walk a bit on the street. For younger guests , this may be ok, but I'm 62 and it was not pleasant. The temperature inside at 2 am was 30 °C.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. It has everything we need. It is walkable to everywhere for food or sightseeings

The pillows were bad and old, also they need to provide extra towels if someone planning to stay for more then 3 days.

Loved the neighborhood, the restaurants, the convenience of the location, the old town feel. Volta coffee and Lounge 159 were wonderful.

Hard to find things in the apartment. For example, manuals on how to work the appliances. We also did not realize there were fans in a storage closet. We were not told that Uber could not come up the street, so we had to drag our luggage up and down several hills upon arrival. (We later found a good pick up and drop off point). The owner was slow to respond to messages and did not check on us until the day after the blackout. We would have gladly received a call when the power went back on even though it was late at night.

Apartment is in great location, walking distance to metro and trains. Very well equipped kitchen and apartment itself too. It is apartment in a tenement house, so you need to consider it when renting. We know that apartment is on 4th floor so it was no problem for us.

Small things like all tenement house have. We had to be careful about the step between the kitchen and the living room. It can be noisy in the apartment but it depends on other people renting under this apartment because there are terraces from other apartments underneath this apartment. The day before the trip, I waited a long time for the owners' response. The next communication in Lisbon was fast and very good.
