The apartment is set on a quiet hillside with breathtaking views of the aquamarine sea. It’s compact but has everything you need, spread over two floors, with balconies from each bedroom and a large private terrace where we loved having breakfast or dinner. There’s also convenient parking right by the apartment. The hosts were always friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. The place was cleaned during our stay, with fresh bed linen and towels provided. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday close to one of Crete’s most beautiful beaches! 🌊

The only downside is that the walk back from Voulisma Beach takes about 15 minutes uphill — but the view and peaceful atmosphere make it absolutely worth it.

We stayed in an amazing two bedroom apartment, with an even more amazing view of the seaside. The apartment was clean, in a slightly “old style” . We loved our stay so much that we decided to stay another night, we would have stayed longer but unfortunately the apartment was booked for the dates ahead. The owners were very kind and very helpful with any questions we had. Also, the housekeeper was very kind, and promptly solved the small issue we had with the WiFi. There’s is also parking available in front of the apartments, which is very convenient. And the beautiful Voulisma beach is around 7/10 minutes walking distance. Definitely recommended and will return.

We had a lovely stay at the Anemone Homes. Hosts gave a very helpful tips about the area, there’s a nice beach walking distance from the property, a friendly cat roaming the premises, our room was small but charming. Garden area is lovely. There was a bottle of water and wine waiting for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights and it seems like a nice value for money.

I would appreciate a little more privacy, our room was on a first level and people were constantly passing by our window/walking through “terrace” area, so keep this in mind while booking, maybe request a higher level if you want more privacy. Note: there’s a big road under the property, wasn’t a big problem for us, but if you are a light sleeper might be tricky
