FLH Augusta's Arch Sophisticated Flat

Beautiful large apartment one street back from the waterfront. Very comfortable bed. Lots going on in the locality but very good sound proofing ensured a good nights sleep.

Bed linen didn’t fit the bed or the duvet which meant we were a bit tangled up each morning. For the price we were disappointed to find there was no toiletries and there was nothing in the kitchen. Would normally find salt and pepper, perhaps a couple of coffee pods but not even a bottle of water.

The flat is in a prime location, just half a block from the Arch and all the excitement. This sophisticated flat is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils one might need, although we didn’t have the chance to use it. Despite being in the midst of all the hustle and bustle, the apartment felt very safe.

It would have been wonderful to have a few coffee pods available, as most hotels and rentals typically provide them. A few more pillows.

Room was spacious. Bathrooms were good size and clean. Good location. Strong security. Coffee shop downstairs

Nearby grocery stores were limited.

The flat is as it looks, very spacious and comfortable. There are two bathrooms. Everything you need is provided. There is an elevator. The location is great - the street behind Praca do Comercio. The comunication was great, everything was done remotely.

There isn't anything I didn't like.

Nothing too much to say.

Stayed with my family of 4 for 3 days. When requested for towels change they said No. Only 4 sachets of bath/shampoo for 4 pax during the entire stay. Asked for assistance for a taxi.. negative again. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable.
