LovelyStay - Turquoise River View I

Nice location with close proximity of public transportation and city center in walking distance.

The apartment looks good on pictures, but those were taken years ago. The couch was straight up disgusting with stains and hair from previous visitors. Mold was in bathroom and bedroom. I'd give higher rating had the price been 50-60% of what we have paid.

Location is good, very close to bus/tram stations, good view from window. Easy access inside with code.

Insulation could be better, possible to hear neighbours.

there was a unpleasant smell in the wardrobe, otherwise all fine :-)

This property is overpriced, floor and stairs cracking every step you do, you almost heard what your neighbor are speaking, bathroom is too small and vanity detached when we where there.

bathroom sink was unstable and tap water only dripped so had to clean tenth and wash face in kitchen sink
