L’emplacement, la taille de l’appartement très agréable

L’humidité de la chambre parentale, moisissure dans la salle de bain, l’insonorisation avec l’appartement du dessus (voisins très bruyants), la cafetière inutilisable (fuite du réservoir) et pas de solution donnée par les propriétaires
