Please note that groups of people less than 25 years of age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, upon arrival you will be denied entry to the property and will forfeit any right to a refund. Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, lasting longer than 31 nights, receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills (such as electric and water) or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure. JH Tip: Jardines del Sol is located only 150 mts from Olive Beach and Los Olivos, both of which are in the same complex. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option! Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in for stays of more than 10 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
