Javea luxury apartment 50m from Arenal sandy beach

Loved the location and sea views.

Road noise and balcony very small. The beds in the second room were small. Wld be perfect if the main bedroom had an en suite as privacy was an issue. Also could have done with two towels each. One wasn’t enough.

The location is fabulous. It’s right in front of the Arenal beach and near to lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is very nicely renovated using top-quality materials and it is well-decorated, which creates a lovely ambiance. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a well-equipped kitchen and private parking at the property. Our host had excellent communication with us and made check-in and check-out very easy.

The bathroom was a little cramped and the washbasin is small. The kitchen could use some additional tools such as a sharp cutting knife, spatulas, and cooking spoons. Fortunately, we had brought some of our cookware from home so it wasn’t a problem during our stay. However, it could be a problem for guests coming from abroad who are planning to cook.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in the centre of the town. Everything in the Arenal is on your doorstep. The port and old town are 30-40 minute strolls away. It was immaculately clean and while quite compact, had plenty space for us. The apartment is bright and modern with a great balcony that gives lovely views of the sea and town. It’s on the third floor in a block with a lift. The beds were comfy, although in October duvets would have been welcome. Luckily we had warm weather. The kitchen is well equipped if guests wanted to eat in but there are so many lovely restaurants and places to eat that it’s not necessary to self cater. There are lots of little touches like a big shopping bag, umbrella, a couple of dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules etc as well as olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper which were much appreciated as travellers who hadn’t brought hold luggage. We didn’t need the umbrella! We would highly recommend this apartment for its location, cleanliness, decor and facilities.

Beautiful apartment location spot on , view from the balcony was amazing looking over the sea front and a near by shop to pick up groceries, perfect location for all the bars and restaurants, the lady who dropped off the keys is lovely and very helpful

location is good for beach and restaurants. nearby there is a small Carrefour for supplies

The property was amazing! Beautiful inside with plenty of room . The location was excellent with a wonderful sea view. The owners had really thought about their guests needs and provided everything.
