"Buena relación calidad precio"

Ubicación y la persona que nos atendió a la llegaba y salida.

Faltaba algo de limpieza en el apartamento, sobre todo el suelo, las sartenes algo viejas, y las camas un poco incómodas.

"Apartamento a buen precio pero cuidado con la fianza"

Un apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, cerca de la playa y en frente de un supermercado.

Te hacen pagar 250 euros de fianza y el ultimo día viene una persona (en nuestro caso, una mujer de pelo cobrizo, largo y ondulado, con coleta) e inspecciona la casa. A nosotros nos echó una gran bronca por supuestamente haber abierto mal la puerta de la terraza (que estaba perfectamente). Poco más y nos llama paletas. Mucho cuidado, sentímos como que intentaban cobrarnos parte de la fianza. La bolsa de basura en el basurero también le pareció mal. En el apartamento hay una plaga de hormigas y también vimos una cucaracha voladora de gran tamaño que habita en el sumidero del baño de la habitación principal.

"A good holiday in a great location ."

This was our second stay in this property . The complex is clean & well maintained . It has a large , lovely pool area . The apartment benefits from both a front & back terrace . There is a supermarket just across the road . The “Arenal ” with its sandy beach , bars & restaurants is just a few minutes walk . The management team were friendly & helpful . Special thanks to Claire for replacing the hairdryer that “ died “,extremely quickly . We hope to return again very soon .

Brill stay with my husband and 2 sons. Will be booking for next year. Great ground floor apartment, the pool was great. Walking distance to the arena and supermarket over road.
