BOA LISBOA 3 bedroom spacious apartment

3 bedroom flat with extra place for a 4th bed. Lots of space with 2 washing machines and 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful lounge. Enough privacy for groups to operate separately. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and the metro station.

The hot water system was a little troublesome, but it was promptly fixed by the host.

Our host Jin was amazing. Very easy to reach and to communicate with. We had a little incident where my granddaughter lock herself in a room and it came from his house more than 30 minutes away to help with the situation. Very accommodating.

Lovely clean spacious 3 bed apartment

The location, far enough from the main road to make it quiet but very close to miniprecio supermarket and transport links. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Having a kettle was great for us British drinking tea. There was so much space. Having curtains and shutters was also very helpful. The cleaners were still there when we arrived a little early but very kindly let us leave our bags and told us when to come back to give us the keys.

The lack of big cups or mugs and bowls. We greased the door lock which made it much easier to open.

The apartment was nice

It was cold in the evening. We had problem with the door locks, it was difficult to open the door

Good apartment size in a nice location. Much potential to make something nice and worth the price.

It was not clean. Mold in the bathrooms, stained towels and bed cloths. Totally overpriced (in my opinion max 200€ in this condition)

Loved the apartment, art Deco style. Located close to Metro station only 3 stops to old town Lisboa. Good cafes and good coffee close by.

Mattress in first bedroom quite hard with squeaky boards only thing to fault.

I liked that the apartment was big and clean. Comfortable beds and good location. It was also not noisy and we had the opportunity to sleep.

The water heater is periodically turned off, so the water was sometimes cold when bathing
