Brand new Javea apartment 50m from Arenal beach

Location, and the cleanliness

Little cold even with the heater on

Very clean apartment located so close to all the bars and restaurants along the beach front. The decor was really nice and the apartment was very well equipped. The balcony was on the side of the block, but the views were good, including sea view one way and a pool view and garden of neighbouring apartments. Car parking behind was so useful.

We, as a couple, had no problems with the living arrangements, but if there had been another couple with us it would have been awkward as there was only one bathroom which was designed as an en-suite to one of the bedrooms. Thus another couple would have to come through our bedroom to use it. The only other thing was that there was no space to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms. .

Didn't know how to use Chrome cast to download stuff on the TV , but no big deal.

Very nice apartment, with ideal location just 50 meters from El Arenal beach. Sunny balcony and private parking space. Owner and person who handed over the keys were very friendly.

Exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Was very clean and comfortable. Welcome from Inge was great.

I think it could be noisy in high season due to its proximity to neighbourhood bars/restaurants but that’s the price to pay for its location next to the lovely beach. Having to access the bathroom through the bedroom wasn’t ideal. Think it would feel small for 4 people sharing. For two people it was perfect.
