La propreté des lieux. La localisation, au calme, à 7min à pied de quartiers animés. Le classeur avec des recommandations. La cuisine équipée et la bouteille d'eau dans le frigo est très appréciable. Le service client était top.

Les oreillers trop gonflés à mon goût, et un peu de bruit de l'appartement du dessus. C'est un problème d'insonorisation, les voisins étaient respectueux. Les portes aussi sont très lourdes et claquent pour se fermer. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon moment.
