The location is perfect, because i need to attend an event early in the morning. They also provide tea and 3 in 1 coffee... The person managing the place is friendly, always reply my messages quickly.

It would be nice if we are given 2 swipe cards. Because my husband and kids went down to the swimming pool, while i unpack our luggage. so they took the swipe card to use in the elevator. Since i dont have a card, i cannot use the elevator to meet them there. Ends up, i ask a stranger to swipe the card for me :)
