"Poorly keep and not clean"

Easy check in. Quiet place and good location

Needs cleaning and maintenance. I found a bag with someone's dirty laundry in a corner. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and overall the room is run down and in need of improvement. (Pictures attached as proof)
