"Passable"

One towel was dirty, the kettle was dirty, the frying pan is unusable. The beds are uncomfortable. The washing machine is coin-operated in the common area. The owner asked for a high deposit, which was hidden in the fine print of the last line of the reservation. This meant extra costs for me, and I didn't even receive a proper receipt.

Clean and well equipped bathroom with plenty of shelves. View from the apartment. Location and ease of contact.

Cleaningness of the carpets and cabinets in the living room/bedroom, worn out and dirty equipment on the balcony - those are small elements which impacted the overall perception a lot.
