Lisbon with a view

- The host Thomas was very friendly and helpful. He answered on all my questions prior arriving. Thanks a lot for having me! - The view was marvelous, I really liked waking up to sunrise with windows open. - The property is very close to metro (1-2 min) and bus stop (3-4 min). It was not so dark in the streets and I felt pretty safe going back late. But I always used metro/buses (Lisbon card is my savior) - I also found the bed comfortable and soft. The sheets and pillows were clean. - The AC worked perfectly. However, it is placed right over the bed. So I didn’t use it at night. - There were all essential utensils at the kitchen. However, I almost did not used it. - It was very quiet and spacious apartments for me solo. Not sure if it will be spacious enough for 3 people in my opinion, but tastes differ. - There were multiple light sources. So you can make a really warm and cozy pre-sleeping atmosphere.

- I had really bad problems with the door lock. I just couldn’t unlock the door with pushing the door by key and door handle. I am really bad at any locks, so if you are a person like me, trust me you’ll spend 10 minutes trying to unlock the door. I was so sorry to neighbors while trying to get into apartments 😂 - As it was mentioned in previous reviews the bathroom is quite outdated. The door handle was broken (totally stated by host before). Personally I had no problems with it. The shower and toilet worked, there was hot water, so it was ok for me - There are two windows in the corridor leading to bathroom and in the kitchen with the view to the inner part of the houses. I preferred to keep them shut, but then there was almost no natural light. Some curtains would be a very good adjustment for more privacy.

Location was v good, a few minutes walk from shop and metro and view of the sea. Living space comforable

Nagyon szuper helyen, minden könnyen elérhető és nagyon kedvesen volt berendezve.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, full of light, clean and had a good view across the river. It was very convenient to Saint Apolina railway station which had an excellent supermarket on platform 6! As close as the apartment was to the railway station there was no noise at all from it. Leonor, our host, was a lovely person, very helpful and always responded immediately to our contact. She took the time to explain how the lock to the apartment door worked as it was quite difficult to use. She also helped us with our suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Although the apartment was nicely appointed it is in need of some refurbishment, for example handles and knobs kept coming off doors and a bit of paint here and there would make a big difference.

De afvoer liep niet goed door, en we kregen de tv niet aan de praat. Veel trappen!

Large apartment, comfortable bed, lovely view, quiet in spite of closeness to train station.

Bed and bedding were great but needed a proper, zipped mattress cover. Knob on the bathroom door kept coming off. Most of pans in the kitchen were old, badly worn nonstick so we did not cook in the apartment.

The location was excellent, very close to metro and bus routes. The house was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with stunning view over the river .Location was excellent. Communication with Leonor was very easy - nothing was too much trouble.
