The apartment building is located on a hill; it is necessary to climb stairs and go up steep streets in the direction of the street where the apartments are located. There is a late check-in fee for arrivals after the official check-in time (from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.). A surcharge of 20€ applies for arrivals after 10 pm and 30€ after midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a pedestrian-only zone. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
