Beautiful location right next to a tram 28 stop. Very comfortable. Lisbon has been experiencing terrible storms so unfortunately there was a leak on one of the windows but when I contacted them, they responded very quickly.

The place was extremely dirty, the floors were sticky and there was a lot of dust everywhere. There are pictures of 2 or 3 different places on the site where you book and that makes it confusing. The living room was super dark and dull and also quite small. There were wooden floors everywhere so every time someone walks, you can hear it because it's noisy. You can't hear much of the outside noise which was okay. The walls were stained and dirty, the tiles in the bathroom were broken. The wash basin was extremely small in the second bathroom.

Für den Sommer ist die Unterkunft vermutlich gut geeignet. Die Lage könnte bei warmem Wetter angenehm sein.

Die Lage entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen alles sah ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern, die offenbar stark bearbeitet waren. Das Badezimmer war ein grosses Problem Es gab Schimmel in dusche, die Feuchtigkeit konnte nicht richtig entweichen und die Lüftung war wahrscheinlich defekt. Ausserdem war das Badezimmer sehr kalt, besonders der Boden. Im Winter ist die Unterkunft daher eher ungeeignet Hausschuhe für das Badezimmer sind unbedingt notwendig.

Departamento muy espacioso, ubicado en una buena zona con bastante vida nocturna.

Lo único molesto fueron las sábanas que tenían un olor a humedad muy fuerte. De resto todo magnífico

Handige ligging, op loopafstand van oude stad maar ook het water. Tram rijdt door de straat, maar metrohalte is ook goed te lopen. Direct in de buurt leuke barretjes en restaurantjes. Achter het appartement in de straatjes omhoog is een fantastisch uitzichtpunt! Zeer de moeite waard.

Precies aan onze kant; het rechter deel van het pand grenst aan de binnenplaats een honden opvang. Deze sloegen nogal vaak alarm. Dus een regelmatig blafconcert. We hebben dit gemeld aan de eigenaar via whatsapp, en hij heeft toen met de hondenopvang gepraat en hierdoor werden de honden ‘s nachts binnen gehaald. Ook hebben we 20% van de verblijfkosten terugbetaald gekregen. Heel schappelijk.
