Location is perfect, host is great (met us at the property, was very nice and forthcoming, offered a bigger apartment for the same price because it was free at the moment of our arrival). Towels and bed sheets were clean and ironed.

Apartment needs renovation and refurnishing. Some bed sheets and towels were with stains. But those are the stains that cannot be removed. For us it was important that both towels and bed sheets were clean and ironed.
