Gute Lage. Zimmer/ Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gute Nähe zum Theater und zur Orangerie.. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie hat mir alle Informationen, wie ich in die Wohnung kommen konnte, Schritt für Schritt gut beschrieben. Die Lage war traumhaft, direkt in der Stadtmitte und mitten im Geschehen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet mit allem was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Der Balkon ist zwar direkt an eine vielbefahrene Straße, aber im Schlafzimmer hört bei geschlossenen Fenstern man nichts . Ich würde jedem weiter empfehlen Ich würde bei jedem Aufenthalt in Kassel dieselbe Unterkunft buchen. Ich wünsche der Gastgeberin viel Erfolg beim weiter vermieten.

"Great apartment and landlord, not so great laundry room"

The apartment itself was excellent.

The laundry room was filled with flies. The flies sat on all the clothes that were being dried. The landlord was regretful and promised to clean it up. We got a good impression from the landlord. After 24 hours with fans and open windows the laundry was still soaking wet. Not ideal for short stays. Only use the washing machine if you are staying 4+ days days.
