Відмінне розташування,квартира простора що зручно для тривалого перебування,зручне ліжко. В квартирі тепло,є газова колонка,був момент що він відключився ,власник дуже швидко відреагував і протягом години все владнав, насправді там просто потрібно виключити і включити це досить розповсюджене явище для газових колонок,я так розумію що це і було причиною що в попередніх відгуках писали що в квартирі холодно.В квартирі тепло,вона затишна і простора,все необхідне є, поруч багато магазинів, близько до центру.
