Typical Portuguese Apartment in São Bento

The apartment is located in an old building, but it has been recently refurbished and is both comfortable and well-equipped. It was very clean upon arrival. The hosts were friendly and shared plenty of helpful recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing in Lisbon. The location is excellent—close to public transportation—and there’s a nearby parking facility that offers better rates when paid through an app.

During a heat wave, a single air conditioner isn’t sufficient to keep the apartment cool.

Location was close to the supermarket and up the hill was the prettiest park! If we would have wanted to, we could have also walked to the Centro but I would advise a short ride from Bolt/Uber.

We loved everything about this home! The home is old so naturally floors will creak and you can hear some noise within the complex but nothing that bothered us.

Good location and facilities were perfect for the family

The location was easy to find and walkable to nearby historic sites. Very quiet. Very well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds. Hot showers. Ana and Thiara were both very helpful, prompt and easy to communicate with.

Nothing to dislike.

Flat was in very good location, hosts wewre helpfull and very nice. Apartment was also very nice with all amenities on could need - dishwasher, washingmachine with dryer, coffee machine, etc.

The location was great. There were multiple bus stops within a 10 minute walk radius which allowed for easy public transportation use. There was construction happening across the street, but the noise was done at reasonable times. We really enjoyed eating at Jardem which is a short walk from the apartment. The washer also dried our load of clothes, which is a huge bonus when you are traveling and can’t wait for your clothes to air dry. The washer was also easy to use-another bonus.

The key to the street level door was very tricky to make work. It would also have been nice to have extra pillows and blankets available for both of the beds. We found only 1 blanket.

Apartment is great and has all necessary facilities. Location is good, and it's easy to walk to all the key places. We got detailed instructions and recommendations before our arrival. Paula is very nice and friendly

A spacious well equipped apartment in a good central location. Handy for restaurants and transport links.

The sitting room furniture was a bit tired and could have been a bit more comfortable to sit on. There was a coffee maker but no cafetiere, not an expensive item to supply.

Kitchen was fully equipped and enjoyed having the coffee and essential seasonings provided. Nice size apartment for friends or family of 4-5 people to stay within a nice and safe community ie: mercado, small restaurants to enjoy.

The beds and couch were not as comfortable as I like but decent. I usually prefer outside air instead of ac and the street can get noisy at night with cars and people. Entry doors (2) can be be finicky but expected with older doors. Trains were about 20 min walk away but doable.
