City Center Comfortable Studio Apartment

Great location in the very center of Kavala; also the host kindly consulted regarding the carpark in vicinity to the apartment. The apartment boasts with a two entrance balcony with a stunning city view. A bed in a bedroom was very comfortable. Two air-conditioners were very timely in Kavala’s heat. To sum up, the apartment has everything needed for a stay.

Furniture in a bathroom is very “tired” (due to contact with water) and should be replaced to match general esthetics of the apartment. As many Booking reviewers note, there is a “pit” in a livingroom sofa, which makes a sleep on it quite unpleasant, so the sofa also should be replaced.

Very central location in Kavala

Very well equipped apartment just in the heart of the city with everything in walking distance nearby . Also the cleanliness was on high standards.Highly recommended.

Very clean,more facilities

The apartment is super central and within walking distance to many of the things to see and do around Kavala. It was comfortable and clean and we could find everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were really easy. We had our own car and decided to park it at the car park by the harbour instead of on the street. It was only a 3 minute walk away.

Free parking is not easy to find near the location.

The position is great, right in the heart of Kavala. You can walk to reach the points of interest, the restaurants and the shops. The apartment is nice and clean, 2 AC, TV, fast WIFI. The bed is very comfortable. The communication with the host was easy and the check-in/out was smooth.

I`m sure that the host tries to improve the apartment to satisfy the needs of her guest. That`s why I will write that the bathroom needs renovation and the couches in the living room are not comfortable at all.
