Eftychia was very helpfull from the beginnig till the last day we left. I will choose this place again if I visit Kavala. Big balcony and free parking is a very good advantage

A little bit far from city center but not a big deal

Spacious apartment right in the city center next to the sea promenade; huge terrace with sea view, impeccable cleanness, stylish decoration, with everything you need for your comfortable stay, both in the cold and the summer season. The hosts are really nice. We will definitely book the place again for our next visit.

A wonderful big apartment, stylishly decorated, has everything you need. Very clean and well-kept. Great location, across the road from the beach. And there is parking, which is a big plus for Kavala. Excellent communication with the manager, quickly responds and helps resolve the issue. I definitely recommend and will come back. Thanks for pleasant stay.

The apartment is very comfortable with a huge balcony with a great view. It is very close to the centre and if the car park downstairs is busy then there is a municipal one close by.

It is perfect for two couples but if we had been five adults, it would have been small to provide accommodation to all five of us. The armchairs were a bit dated.

Apartment in a residential block with two entrances, one at the bulevard, in proximity of the park, shops and pedestrian area and the other at the building's parking. Clean, large and modern decorated rooms, fully equipped. Two bedrooms, two spacious balconies. Free parking place at the 2nd floor of the building, during our whole stay.

We provided the arrival date through Booking, still the host reached us also directly to request the exact moment of arrival. We would have preferred self-check-in instead of this. Although the parking was free, we found our car scratched in the last morning of our stay. No breakfast options. No soap in the bathroom; the liquid soap bottle was empty. A lamp next to each bed would be an improvement.

Absolutely immaculate apartment, great position, great amenities, loved every minute here.
