The apartment was great with everything that we needed. Large nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Wonderful terrace!

The building in which the apartment is located is quite run down and the first impression is not very nice. The parking slots are tight for larger vehicles. We had to wait quite a bit for the host to come with the key even though we let them know when we are arriving. The old town is about 20 minute walk, not bad but not really next door. And the internet did not work at the time. None of those are particularly bad issues. They are just good to know when selecting the apartment.

The location of the apartment was great - just 5 minute's walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and 5 minute's walk to the beach (however, we didn't go to the closest beach - it was small and as it was the end of the season the beach bars were closed if it had any before). The neighborhood was quiet but close to everything you need in just several meters - coffee place, breakfast, and small shops. The apartment was very cozy - 2 separate bedrooms, 1 small kitchen with a dining table, and a big living room with a sofa and another dining table. The living room was great - very spacious and with a nice design. The best thing about the apartment was the big terrace - you can have dinner there or even sunbathing on the sun lounger. I totally recommend the apartment and I would definitely come back again. Kavala is a great city - very romantic and lively. There are beaches in the city, but we preferred to go to bigger beaches with more beach bars.

The apartment looks very nice and it is very large, it has a very large balcony where you can stay and enjoy the evening.

The hot water was not running in the shower. They left us too little toilet paper. The parking space was very small and we traveled with a bigger car.

The apartment is great looking. The location is by the sea, so no need to go up and down the hills to get to it, everything was close by. The parking was out of the sun, the access to the building is secured with keys, so all is great. The apartment keeps you busy discovering all the little details, objects, decorations etc. The terrace is very big, you can have friends to visit you and still have a lot of space to move around.

There was nothing major, all was great. maybe find some solution for the Livingroom sittings to protect them from guests that do not appreciate what they get and spill drinks all over resulting in stains and is a hustle to keep cleaning, but we .resolved the issue by adding a cover. So nothing really to complain about it

The flat was big enough, location is great closer to everywhere. Fully furnished.

The apartment is incredible. The decoration and eye for detail made the place look wonderful. The cleanness of the place was on point and the communication with our host was the best. The location is extremely convenient too. If you see the flat available and you want some time in Kavala, you shouldn't hesitate to book this place. Also, our host was so kind to leave a bottle of wine for us a welcoming.
