Very good location and very spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms, Perfect for family and groups,very comfortable Same as in photos and Lot of cafes nearby.

4 floors you have to walk stairs.

The host was polite.

Extreme noise from neighbors all night (despite police intervention), safety concerns after aggressive knocking on our door, lack of sleep, cleanliness issues on arrival, and electricity problems.

Apartamento muito completo, moderno, ideal para famílias ou vários casais. Localização excelente para visitar a Wonderland Lisboa na altura do Natal, como foi o nosso caso. A rua tem estacionamentos, cafés, restaurantes e um Auchan muito perto. Check in fácil e rápido através de código. Anfitriões simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Candeeiros da sala de jantar com bastante pó e alguns pormenores no WC. Fica no 4o andar sem elevador, não recomendo a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.

Several restaurants and bars around the area. Very close to luxury shopping district. Great area to roam the Principe real areas but far from city center in terms of baixa/chiado in terms of walking, but an easy bolt away. An apartment with lots of character and can tell it gives off a more local feel. The pictures make the apartment look 'newer" than it is. Having 3 full bathrooms is a big plus for a large group, however the one shower is tiny.

Unfortunately the tenants above us were a little loud at night and early in the morning which disrupted our sleep which is not the hosts fault. Several stairs to reach the apartment, would not recommend for seniors with mobility issues. It was about 70+ winding stairs to reach the apartment, if you have big luggage, it would not be ideal but manageable.

The location was outstanding, very convenient and close by to all attractions. The apartment was quite spacious and felt homely. Would love to stay here again!!
