Nice refurbished, central location.

New door, new windows.

It's a clean place, close to the city centre of the old town. It's on the first floor and it's quiet. It has a kitchen with kettle, small oven and two hot plates on top. If you are travel with a baby it's better to take with you a baby cot. There is a sofa. There is an air condition and humidifier. There are blinds which are very nice and at night are making it really dark.

No parking space. We were there for 7 nights and only one of it we were capable to park near the apartment. You will have hot water only if you turn on a boiler. The owner told us to switch it on half an hour before we take a shower just for a precaution. The door at the bathroom it's not closing. There isn't a sponge in the kitchen so you can't wash you dishes if you don't buy one yourself. It's okay to stay for a few days but not for a long stay. There isn't a hover or a mop or brush to clean after yourself if you make a mess.

It's a place to stay with a double bed. The owner was helpful to accommodate 2 persos with our bicycles. The floor was clean I was really disappointed and don't know what to write. It was the cheapest in Kavala, and it wasn't even "value for money" I'm sorry for the bad review but want the next people to know what they will meet

I could write a Ph.D about what I didn't like. -too much humidity. The dehumidifier was full in less that 24 hrs. It was noisy in full and in silent I could feel the allergy coming from the humidity. -too weak (bad maintained) air condition. We had it in 16⁰C and in full fan and it was just ok, if we didn't move. When moving we were already sweat. -too many small ants -the kitchen room was overly hot despite the air-conditioning -the door on the bathroom could not close, not mention lock..we just were putting a box to keep it closed. -the house door could not close unless you were using the keys. This means that if one wanted to go away he should wake up the other to close the door. Also for the checkout the host should be there because we could not close the door without the keys -for 4 nights stay they had left only 2 rolls of toilet paper. -parking is a nightmare (this goes to the city, not the aptmn)
