Location location location. This apartment was right in the heart of downtown. Food, sights and transportation right at the door. The Check in staff were great, friendly and helpful.

It is very noisy since it's right in the heart of downtown but we did expect that. Overall it was great

Location

The apartment has a lot of issues, and we found a toothbrush on the counter in the bathroom, the washing/drying doesn't work, so if you want clean towels after a few days you need to go to a laundry place because if you ask for more they will change you the price of the towels. The pictures are very retouched and don't show the real conditions of the apartment. The doors of the bedroom and bathrooms doesn't close or open easy because they are so old. The building outside has a very creepy look, looks like an abandoned building. The sheets are very old, and it has cigarette burn in the second room.

Location was great. The Check-in process good be made easier by providing coded locks instead of having to hand over a key, as the downtown traffic is crazy most days, which leads to the person handing over the keys, being late. Now standing on a little sidewalk, with all the luggage is a burden, that can be prevented.

The bathroom, although of good standard has some maintenance needs. The shower draines slowly, the water gets on the floor and therfore threatens to cause damage. the shower head in the bathroom behind the kitchen was spraying onto the ceiling, since the head was loose and poorly installed. The Kitchen area countertops where wood and had seen better days, which can be mitigated by using a little higher end products like granite.

The place was really well maintained and was true to the pictures shown on the website. The location was excellent.

The staff was very responsive initially when checking in but after that I had to send multiple messages to ask about a late checkout or if we could keep our bags with them as our flight was a few hours later than the checkout time. After multiple messages I was told no late checkout and that they will charge me €2,5 per bag and to bring the bags to their office about 11 mins away from the apartment. We decided to take our bags along. This left a bad taste to an otherwise good stay at the property.
