STUPENDO-Three Rooms-Suite with Terrace -Center -Air conditioning

The property was very clean and comfortable with modern functionalities. Carlos was an excellent and attentive host. It’s located in an older part of the city but is still very safe, Lisbon is a very safe city. Great value. Very clean. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Smart TV in every room. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful apartment.

Although it is a great place unfortunately it isn’t suitable for families with toddlers or infants. Most of the stair case didn’t have barriers. You cannot completely tell this just by looking at the photos, but most of the staircase and passage only has an half-height glass barrier which our toddler tried to constantly climb over. Some parts of the stairs had no barrier at all. So this is a safety risk and unfortunately meant we couldn’t completely relax. Furthermore, the upstairs room with the en-suite and balcony was not safe for toddlers which meant we had to rearrange our bedroom allocation plan once we arrived at the property which wasn’t ideal. During our stay Carlos did try to source safety barriers (unsuccessfully), I hope he manages to have it installed for his future guests. Also the hot water would run out after each shower. Not a big problem. But if you are a big group and following a timed schedule you will have to factor in waiting time in between showers for water to reheat or just have cold showers. I have already given a very positive rating and review. If the mentioned two points wont affect you, then make sure to book as it is a great place and you won’t regret it.

Very comfortable and modern place. It has all that is needed for a pleasant stay with the family in Lisbon.

The area is really difficult to drive in. If you need to take a second car, it becomes a problem to park

The place is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The rooms are pretty and comfortable, the beds are huge! The house was really clean and well furnished. The host left us some amenities in the kitchen which we appreciated a lot! I recommend this place although is a bit 'far' (15-20 min max by public transportation) from the 'center', there's a metro station very close to the place. The neighbourhood is a 'working class' one but didn't seem dangerous to us is just not as charming as the central ones but quite convenient as there are big markets nearby.

This property was perfect for our family , it had everything you could need. it was beautifully decorated and we loved the outdoor space. right out the door was groceries coffee and fruit stand.We would definitely come back to this apartment

Brand new 3 stores apartment, well equipped and the owner is very cooperative and welcoming

In order to get to the apartment you need to climb 2 stores (no elevator)...quite challenging with suitcases
