Czysto, wygodnie, dobry kontakt, łatwo odebrać klucze. Kilka rodzajów herbat, kawa, ekspres jest do dyspozycji.

Umywalka jest bardzo mała ale to niezbyt istotny szczegół.

Lokalizacja

Apartament niedogrzany, żle zaprojektowane ogrzewanie CO - brak grzejnika w przedpokoju, w kuchni grzejnik za mały a przy tym w kuchni nie było drzwi. Dodatkowo dochodzi "sknerstwo" właściciela apartamentu. ( grzanie na "pół gwizdka") Ponadto, czuło się w łazience ukrytą zgniliznę - po prostu cuchnęło !

Apartament bardzo przyjemny. Wszystko co jest niezbędne to bylo. To, co dla mnie istotne jwst to bylo czyściutko. Apartament w kamienicy, wiec bardzo przestronne pomieszczenia. Gorąco polecam, bo naprawdę warto. Niedaleko do centrym.
