Mgarr Waterfront Cosy Apartment 3 by Ghajnsielem Gozo

I’ve stayed at more up market places on Gozo and as you would expect more expensive. But I would say this was my favourite. The balcony looking over the harbour just made it for us. Location was excellent. I was concerned about the parking but in the evening there were plenty of spaces. Loved the accommodation and the location. Lovely to meet Ray such a nice chap.

Very clean and good location

everything about this cosy little apartment is perfect. comfy bedroom with a little balcony, ideal bathroom with good shower, lovely kitchen dining room with everything you need plus a proper balcony - so nice to sit out there to eat, or just watch the world go by in the port/marina. Ray and Rosie are the real deal 5* hosts.......we've been using booking.com and AirBnB for twenty odd years, and Ray is the nicest, friendliest and most helpful host we have ever stayed with.

The cozy apartment was on the top level with a wonderful view of the harbor and the sea beyond. The apartment was well equipped, plus the bed was a king size and very comfortable, we loved waking up each morning hearing the birds from the neighbors aviary, we slept with the balcony doors open and always had a nice sea breeze, although it wasn't necessary as the apartment has good air conditioning and good sliding glass doors that keep the sounds of the busy harbor out, if you prefer quiet. Ray is awesome and would do anything to make your stay better, including carrying our very heavy suitcase up the long and narrow stairway to the apartment, about 40 steps! it weighed 28kg. There is public parking in front of the building and spaces were always available. There are a few nice restaurants close by and a small swimming beach. We stayed for 3 nights and would love to stay there again if we return to Gozo.
