L’appartement est au 3ème étage d’un vielle immeuble sans ascenseur. Les escaliers sont pas évidents pour un voyage en famille.

The location. Someone has worked hard to clean the apartment that is in need of renovation. It would be adequate for people with Very relaxed standards.

Disgusting entry. The entry and stairwell to walk up to the apartment was scary, trashy, dirty and poorly lit.

The location was perfect for being in the Chiado and near other tourist attractions. Lisbon is a beautiful city. There are restaurants everywhere in this neighborhood, and it was easy to walk to many sites in the area. A lot of good food very close by, but overpriced for tourists.

There were so many tourists. Certainly not the fault of the host, but wow. I don't generally like to stay in tourist hot spots.

Good location

Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are rock hard, they provide a thin blanket and half of a pillow per person. No air con, not only the floor boards heading up to the apartment are broken but throughout the apartment, you have to be cautious of where you walk. The only good thing is the location that is it!! Upon check out we left 75euro city tax, as the host left a note on the coffee table to state this had to be paid. Unknowingly we paid this prior to check in, so we had paid the city tax twice. I notified the host and I have still not received the funds. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Location was great, liked the original shutters and charm of the apartment. Very roomy for larger families

Photos out of date, hand held shower heads had mold. In need of updating. Uncomfortable beds. Was given very clear instructions on how to enter the building however the code was not working. Property manager responded immediately but was no help. Asked me to ring doorbells of other tenants of the building.

We were able to drop our bags in advance which was great. The owner helped us afterwards when we left something in the apartment, thank you!
