"A little disappointed"

The location. The apartment is in the centre, easy reach to everything. One of the apartments we for had beautiful view.

We have been travelling around Bosnia and did not experience what we have with this booking. We travelled with family and same number of people, when we have areibed she said we didn’t book for thay many people, I showed propf and it seemed lole she provided different appointment, we were fine with thag. She said apartment was for 5 guest, if thats the case why were only 4 towels provided, not enough bedding, there were two double beds and 2 sofas. She only made bedding for double bed, we had to ask for extra sheets. Also no extra pillows were provided, also in the kitchen coffee cups were provided but no coffee pot , no sugar or tea. Lady was not pleasent at all.

Staff and location.

There is no internet (very, very, very poor signal), there is no balcony, but the balcony door is without a fence, there is no air conditioning, there is no toilet paper...

"Exceptional"

Perfect location in the heart of downtown close to everything.Very beautiful and clean apartment with nice furniture.Whole apartment is nicely furnished with huge balcony and perfect view.We will definitely come back.
