New Art Apartment

Lisbon was the first stop of our trip to Portugal. Our host, Felipe, shared all the important information with us regarding check-in and the location. In the surrounding area, many houses are either abandoned or under renovation, but the street itself was quiet. The apartment truly had an “artistic” feel – we loved the décor, the furniture, the self-taken photos and paintings on the walls, the accessories, the super comfortable beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. Out of the four different places we stayed in Portugal, Felipe was the only host who provided enough coffee capsules for our entire stay.

Très bel appartement spacieux et fonctionnel. Situé à 8 minutes à pieds de la station Aroios sur la ligne verte permettant de rejoindre le centre et la gare de Rossio (trains pour Sintra) en 6 minutes et la station cais do sodre (trains pour les plages)en une dizaine de minutes. La ligne rouge est à 10 minutes à pieds. Petits supermarchés à proximité, 2 pâtisseries et de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier. L’appartement est vraiment très bien équipé et surtout très calme.

Nous avons loué cet appartement le temps d'un week-end sur Lisbonne entre soeurs. Logement propre qui sent bon et climatisé pour notre arrivée. Linge et produits de toilettes sur place. Bon échange avec le propriétaire par messages. À quelques minutes à pied, on y trouve de quoi prendre des petits déjeuners et repas sur place.

Si vraiment, il fallait donner un mauvais point, ce serait la résonance des bruits fait par les voisins mais ce n'est pas dérangeant.

It was spacious and clean and had a very secure entry system and well lit staircase

Completely outwith the owners control but the upstairs neighbours were noisy with a loud TV/Radio early in the morning and late at night.

This apartment is absolutely stunning! We really enjoyed our stay over a few nights. Felipe was a fantastic host with impeccable taste—every piece of furniture and lighting feels thoughtfully chosen. His artwork adds a unique and beautiful touch to the space. The apartment was spotless, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We'd love to stay here again!

Immaculately clean, generously stocked with the basics needed for a short stay, quiet, handy, close to amenities (two bakeries, a supermarket) and very handy for buses and metro. Filipe quick to respond and efficient and the apartment felt like a welcoming home.
