Location was very central to everything.

Needs updating. couch was old and uncomfortable. pillows and towels were old and worn out.

Location is great, plenty of landmarks, bars and facilities in the vicinity. The apartment is spacious for 2 peoole. Rui is a responsive host.

Apartment smelled quite a bit - perhaps due to being a very old building. One night it rained a lot and water started leaking in the bedroom from the electricity socket and from the balcony (even though the door was closed). The host responded right away but no measures taken (thankfully it didn't rain in the next few days).
