Very nice appartment near all the nice spots in Lisbon. Excellent communication.

Good communication before arrival and easy to find and collect keys. Great location. It is a compact little apartment that could have been wonderful other than for a few issues. It has been nicely renovated but probably lacks good ventilation.

I did not realise when I booked this apartment that there is no window. Usually this is mentioned in the information provided by booking.com and I never booked places without windows. There was a lot of mould in the shower. We had only very brief showers for this reason. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned well with urine marks on the floor in front of the toilet although the kitchen seemed clean. The bathroom basin was blocked so that the first time we used it, it did not drain and was so blocked that the that initial water was still in the basin when we left. We had to use the shower and the kitchen sink for hand washing and brushing teeth. We could not get the stove top to work which was apparently our fault as we did not manage to turn off the 'lock' button but we did try and were not successful despite having access to the relevant manual after searching online and having a similar stovetop at home. However, perhaps we were not pressing the button hard enough. The bed was somewhat hard but not terrible. I've stayed in Lisbon a few times and this is the first time I have been disappointed in the accommodation.

We didn't like the fact that there are no windows. It was difficult to sleep. It was too warm and too humid. There is also the smell of humidity, difficult to remove as the apartment has just one small window in the entrance door. Too expensive for the type of apartment.

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation, host right through to the location.

There was nothing not to like :)

Location was good and the room was clean.

They should put a picture of the building from outside, worst part is there was no window, a small one on the exit door but we didn't use it because everyone passing by the street could see inside.

Nice and clean space. The location is great, metro is close and it is within easy walking distance from both Bairro Alto and Rua Verde for your evening out. The surrounding area feels very safe. The amenities in the apartment were just fine and there's air conditioning throughout. The owners were very polite and very responsive. Would stay again.

Like almost everywhere in Lisbon, there's a fair amount of going uphill and downhill in the streets around the apartment. There's only one window (on the door), but it does provide good light.
