Casa Boma Lisboa - Lighting & Modern Apartment With Balcony - Arroios II

Location was perfect, the property is perfect for 1 or 2 guest.

Only think I can suggest is that I checked in very late would have appreciated if there was bottle water as everything was closed. Only a suggestion.

The property is well equipped: AC microwave, washing machine, etc. Microwave was a hidden gem, discovered it only the last day :) Unlocking via the site is very handy (so real keys are not needed). The apparent has well balanced preservation of old stuff with modern renovation.

Smell in the bathroom was a bit annoying, so the door had to be kept shut and absence of air at the top part where the bad , so the window had to be opened, so it was a bit noisy and cool with that.

The check in is easy and made through an weblink. Very practical and modern. Facilities were well restored from an old building, so despite of the balcony being narrow, it's comfortable enough to walk and enjoy a bit of sun outside. Bed very comfortable, nice and warm blankets. The availability of equipments such and laundry, microwave and kitchen utensils were very much appreciated. Shower with hot water and enough spacr. Ah, the glass on the top of the bed is very nice to watch the stars when sky is clear and allows good natural light to the bedrooom. Location is near a park and many caffees around, in a quiet place near an avenue where the car can be parked.

Sometimes the front door required a bit of strength to open or close. A common thing about buildings constructed ages ago, the smell of the sewage/pipeline scapes from the washroom sink, so there was a need of keeping it closed most of the times. A few times we had an electric shock in the showers faucets, I only felt it one time but my parter was feeling more often; and the hot water has to be well planned, such as period of the day and the space between showers, otherwise it would run out fast. As a matter of suggestion, the space between the inclined roof and the bedroom floor could be optimized to have like a retractable one, this was the bed can be distributed in a way that the perdon on the right side wouldn't hit the head so easily.
