Excellent position in old house in the city center, a few metres from castle, cathedral and Alfama. Supermarket 500 metres away. clean bed wash, adequate facilities

The Central Hill employee (Francisco) demanded to know the arrival time, which we did at the airport (with a reserve), as well as when exiting the metro....and we still waited for some time before he arrived with the keys.¨ Before arrival, I informed several times (also through Booking) that there would be one less guest. Nevertheless, they demanded payment of the city tax for the originally announced guests (otherwise they would cancel the reservation). We entered the real number of guests (including ID) in the registration form before arrival. They never refunded the amount for the non-existent guest. It's not much, but the result is that I don't have a good experience with Central Hill..... Communications is not good - only automatically sended infos.

"Ok, but not so special and worth of money."

Good location and very big apartment, the view is magnificent.

Very dificult to get to the apartment with kids, we got a wrong address from booking ( no.126 insted 16) so we had to walk with 4 little kids and bags to the right one. Also we had to pay 30 eur extra because we arrived after 20h. This wasnt written on booking. Very small elivator which goes true another building to the 3rd floor than you go one more floor up to get to the apartment. Also when you go down elivator works only from 2nd floor, so little confused. For any question we had, need to wait all day for an answer.

Spacious and a good location

Lock on door from street needs to be changed. Spent 15 minutes trying to open the door one afternoon.

"Best river view"

It was a very clean and updated apartment very close to the tourist area. It has the best view of Lisbon and the Tage River.

Small bathroom and showers, small elevator, only 2 persons. Wrong address on Booking Com. Ended up at the wrong street.
