1. Key to building entrance door very difficult to operate 2. Bathroom door hinges loose making door difficult to open and close (previous reviews mention this and it STILL has not been fixed) 3. An old (very smelly!) refrigerator has been left in the apartment by the kitchen window

Alors que nous avions loué pour 3 nuits, nous avons eu la désagréable sensation d'être les larons d'une farce. Attente de 45 min sous la pluie en attendant les clés. Odeur de parfum trop importante a la prise des clés cachant pendant le temps de l'accueil une odeur bien plus désagréable : celle des remontées d'égout (forte odeur de caca). Immédiatement nous avons appelé la proprietaire. Elle était au courant des faits mais n'a pas voulu annuler la reservation et nous a même quasi insulté. Le logement est de toute façon à fuir aussi à cause des bruits inimaginables de voiture + tram + bus + avion.

Communication with the owner was good, other than the issue with the cleaner at check in time. A free bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch.

We had arranged a check in for 3.00pm but got there and was told there was a small cleaning delay. The cleaner hadn’t even started so we wasted an hour and a half. If we’d been told earlier we would have gone and done something for the afternoon. The apartment itself is nice although as others have mentioned the keys are tricky and the bathroom door doesn’t shut. You are asked to do you own dishes but we searched the whole kitchen and couldn’t find the plug for the sink. DO NOT rely on there being parking available in the street. We managed to find one a few streets away but it is not as easy we were led to believe. There is no TV or screen which wasn’t a big deal but sometimes it’s nice to relax watching something while you’re on holiday. It’s quite a long way from the central suburbs but Ubers are cheap. Make sure you like a firm bed too.
